We extracted a platform from real products
MergeMind is a technology company building the reusable foundation for modern SaaS — and the products on top of it.
From building products to building the platform
MergeMind started by building real SaaS products. While building Edwyn Commerce — a Shopify-class commerce SaaS — we kept solving the same hard backend problems over and over: identity, multi-tenancy, billing, permissions, audit, events, workflows and operations.
So we extracted those capabilities into Edwyn Platform — a reusable operating layer — so future products could launch from a production-grade foundation instead of from zero. Edwyn Commerce still runs on it today, and every gap a real product hit became a platform capability.
“Build the product your customers pay for — not the plumbing underneath it.”

The principles behind the platform
Reuse over rebuild
The hard SaaS foundation should be solved once and reused — not rebuilt for every product.
Production-grade by default
Identity, billing, tenancy and audit are built to be trusted in production, not demoware.
Ship the product, not plumbing
We obsess over the time between an idea and a real, running SaaS product.
Build with founders
We work as a partner — review, build, and hand over something you can own and operate.
