When your business doesn’t fit one box.
Founder-operators whose model mixes commerce, services, learning or money — the shape of the businesses we built first.
Real businesses rarely fit one box: a home-services company that trains its professionals, a coaching institute with its own shop, a cooperative that sells and saves together. Templates make you pick one; agencies rebuild the same foundation every time.
MergeMind starts every business on one core — one sign-in, one set of roles, one ledger — so adding a second engine is an extension, not a second platform. Combining two engines in one app is scoped in your Build Review; it is not a shipped product yet.
Built from these engines
All on one shared core: sign-in, roles, payments, notifications and audit are not rebuilt for each.

Every engine shares one core — one sign-in, one set of roles, one ledger — so they are designed to be combined. Here is what that could look like.
A home-services company that trains its professionals
Bookings and dispatch for customers, plus courses and completion certificates that train professionals before they take jobs.
Plan something like thisA coaching institute with its own shop
Courses and assessments for students, plus study material and kits sold from the same brand.
Plan something like thisA cooperative that sells and saves together
Members’ products sold online, with a shared fund tracked through contributions, proof and votes.
Plan something like thisThese are compositions we would build, not shipped products. Each engine runs on the core today; combining two in one app is scoped in your Build Review.
What each engine runs for you
Stated once, on each engine’s own page. Nothing on this page claims more than that page does.

Where it stands today
MergeMind Commerce: GreenLeaf Garden, our sample store, has been run to PAID orders on the platform (mock payment provider, our own stack; the latest on 27 October 2026). No store is open to real customers.
MergeMind Marketplace: FixerJi has run booking → payment → dispatch → completion → settlement end to end on the real platform (14 Oct 2026, Razorpay test mode — no real money moved). Pre-launch: new-job alerts reach professionals as Web Push phone notifications but have not yet been field-tested on real phones, and SMS is not connected.
MergeMind Learning: The learning engine, learner app and creator Studio run end to end in an invited review in our own environment. Not generally available.
MergeMind Finance: Core money capabilities are in beta on the platform. White Owl runs a live pilot with a real group. MergeMind is not a lender and White Owl never holds money.
Before we asked you to build on it, we did.
A learning product, a services marketplace, a store and a group savings pilot: very different businesses on one core. Each page says what is live and what is not yet.

Hosted video and live cohorts today — both are on the roadmap
Evidence-based skills and career outcomes — in development
Hobby courses that only need a simple marketplace listing
