Is it ready for real customers today?
The full booking-to-settlement journey is demo-verified (payments in test mode). Before real providers go live, job alerts still need field-testing on real professionals’ phones — they arrive as Web Push notifications today, and SMS is not connected — and the operations console has only been exercised at small scale.
