This policy explains how MergeMind handles personal data across our website, the Edwyn Platform, and our products and engagements. We aim to collect only what we need and to be clear about how we use it.
2. Information we collect
Lead & contact data you submit (name, work email, company, what you’re building, stage, timeline, budget range, message). Account & usage data if you use the platform. Technical data such as IP, device and browser, and analytics events about how the site is used. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data through our forms.
3. How we use it
To respond to enquiries and prepare your Build Review; to qualify, provide and improve the Services; to operate and secure the platform; to send service messages; and, with your consent, occasional product updates. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
4. Legal bases
We process data to take steps at your request and to perform a contract, for our legitimate interests in running and improving the Services, to comply with law, and on consent where required (e.g. marketing, non-essential cookies).

We use essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to understand site usage and improve conversion. Where required, analytics and non-essential cookies run only with your consent. You can control cookies in your browser.
6. Sharing & processors
We share data with service providers who help us operate — for example hosting/CDN, form and email delivery, analytics, and payment processors (such as Razorpay and Stripe for billing). They process data on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data.

We use technical and organizational measures to protect data, including the platform’s Zero-Trust, tenant-isolation and audit controls. Data may be processed in countries other than yours; we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards.

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We may update this policy as the Services evolve; material changes are posted here with a new “last updated” date.
